We verify the drawings, product specifications, and specific requirements in the order, and create a production scheduling plan to ensure a smooth process.

3. Blanking and Wire Material Procurement:
Upon receiving the customer's order, we assist in procuring blanking materials and work with wire material factories to process wire materials that meet the customer's requirements.

4. Cold Forging and CNC Machining:
Our expert technical team plans production based on customer drawings, selecting appropriate machinery for cold forging and CNC machining.

5. Comprehensive Secondary Processing Services:
If the product requires additional processes like surface treatments, heat treatments, drilling, etc., to meet customer demands, we offer integrated technical communication and quality assurance, ensuring high-quality, tailored products.

6. Quality Inspection:
Following stringent quality management procedures, we conduct sampling inspections during each processing stage, including material intake(IQC), in-process(IPQC & PQC), and FQC(final Quality Control) pre-shipment inspections to guarantee product quality.

7. Packaging and Shipping:
After passing quality control inspections, we package the products according to customer requirements and arrange shipping, ensuring safe delivery to the destination.
